Yes, your digital menu works on any phone with a camera and web browser: iPhone, Android, Huawei, Samsung, and all others. Your customers don't need to download any app. They simply scan the QR code with their camera and the menu opens automatically.
Absolutely! You can update prices, add or remove dishes, change photos, and modify categories as many times as you like, at no extra cost. Changes are reflected instantly on your digital menu without needing to reprint anything.
You do not have to choose. From your account you print your menu on paper: it is the same one you already keep up to date, in the style and format you pick, and it comes out with today's prices. We also tell you when the printed one has fallen behind, so you know when it is worth reprinting. Plenty of restaurants leave the paper menu on the table and the QR for whoever prefers their phone, with photos and in their own language.
When your trial period ends, you can choose the plan that suits you best to continue using ElMenu. If you decide not to continue, your account simply pauses — nothing is charged automatically and your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
